my (not quite) bento

tri color pepper stir fry
1/4 red bell pepper
1/4 green bell pepper
1/4 yellow bell pepper
oil, salt and pepper
slice peppers REALLY thin. you can either julienne or use a vegetable peeler. heat oil in saucepan, saute peppers just until soft (but still bright, don’t over cook). remove from heat, add salt and pepper to taste, toss… and serve!
you can use a vegetable peeler to get really thin slices. i use it since i’m bad at julienne…
