Tuna Casserole

1 (14 oz) can evaporated milk

2 cups shredded mild cheddar cheese

dash Worcestire Sauce

1 can tuna (or you can use chopped ham, or even vegetables if you are vegetarian)

~3 cups of pasta such as macaroni, gemelli, farfalle, rotini.. etc.

Pre-heat oven to 350º.

Boil Pasta as directed on the package.  Drain and set aside.

Warm milk in a small saucepan over medium heat.  Add cheese (save about 1/4c on the side) and Worcestire sauce, reduce heat to med-low.  Stir until melted.

Pour pasta into a 9×9 baking dish or a deep casserole dish.  Pour cheese sauce over pasta, stir slightly for complete coverage.  Sprinkle remainging 1/4 cheese on top.

Bake in oven for 10 minutes, and SERVE!

(makes 4-5 servings)
